What it is

Delper Integrated is the parent programme in the Delper Group Executive Summary. It brings four initiatives into a single economic engine. The proposal targets logistics friction, a global estimated at USD 800 billion a year in administrative drag, and industrial cyber exposure on legacy operational technology.

Who owns it

A consolidated holding company, Top-Co, would hold 100% downstream control. Radiant Synage would hold a 60% majority and contribute USD 12 million in IP, banking infrastructure and core lines. The investor would take 40%, as a significant minority.

What it builds

Where the USD 96 trillion goes

The outflow is spread across eight asset layers over the build, at USD 6.40 trillion a year. Two layers take more than half of it between them.

How it is funded and repaid

All of the USD 96 trillion is to be raised as bonds at 9%: USD 40 trillion for Iron Nexus and USD 56 trillion for Make in India. Both series are repaid from a shared net profit pool. Iron Nexus is targeted for retirement around Year 18 and Make in India around Year 20.

The immediate ask

The USD 8 million is split evenly between two tracks. Track A (global consultants setup) covers SAP process and ERP systems, SGS quality-control links, and a USD 2.6 million revolving escrow margin. Track B (India retail pilot) covers engineering, third-party quality control, legal and licensing, supplier vetting, cloud connectors, and a contingency. Track B is released in three tranches of USD 1.0M, 1.5M and 1.5M.
